i LOVED this session. the location was beautiful, the lighting was perfect, and the family was adorable.
this little girl was an absolute doll.
at the end of the session, she plopped down in the sand and play with it for a good 15 minutes. we took advantage of it and got some shots of mom and dad!
spring has come early in seattle. pink and white blossoms bloomed weeks ago, and it has been so lovely. we were lucky yesterday to have the warmest day that i remember since before winter. it was perfect weather for these cute girls to run around the park and play under the pretty pink trees. we even had some great sunsetting light at 6:30pm, thanks to daylight saving!
these kids have changed so much since i photographed them last. just take a look! they are just as cute and fun as ever, and even have a baby brother now!
this was one of about 3 times that abby has actually posed for my camera. it made me so happy!
dallin was the mastermind behind this valentine. he had the great idea to sit on a ball in the picture, and he even helped me with the photoshopping!
maddie is getting baptized on valentine’s day. we went out this weekend to get some pictures of her in her pretty dress. ummm, why couldn’t i be that cute when i was 8?! she is such a gorgeous girl, outside and inside. my son, dallin, who is 2 1/2 years younger than maddie, just adores her. she is so nice to put up with him and play with him. she even lets him tag along with her and her friends every day at recess!

we had OUR family pictures taken recently. you know what that means? we are going to have pictures with mom AND dad in them. i am so excited! i wanted an urban feel to our pictures, so i scoped out some new locations and found some great spots. i tried out some of the spots on this cute family. little rylee was a riot. she quickly got attached to me and i was THIS close to sticking her in my car and bringing her home. she is so much fun! (and so are her parents i might add!)
i can’t believe my little girl will be 3 next month.
i met these gorgeous kids along with their mama and great-granny at alki beach. they are such a cute, fun family. can you believe mr. c on the right is only FIVE and starting kindergarten this year?! he is such a handsome little guy, not to mention so. full. of. energy!
