i love this family. they are fun and full of energy! they live right down the street and we play with them a lot. the kids are about the same age as my two oldest and they have another one due on christmas!

payton is one talented boy! he is a musician, actor, singer, athlete, piano teacher, great student, and all around good guy. not only is he talented, but he kept me on my toes….literally! he’s 6’4″ and had me wishing i brought a step ladder!
